JENIS DOKUMEN KOLABORASI (MOU, MOA, COC, NDA, MOA)

1.MOU - Memorandum Of Understanding (nota persefahaman)

Syarikat besar - nak bagi staff attachment - no need to pay ( no payment)

Dia nak sign sbb nak tax release

 

2.MOA - Memorandum Of Aggrement

- sebarang perjanjian yg melibatkan kewangan.ex- sediakan students

- if x compitent,kena bayar. Pengeluaran dr acc amanah etc

Both boleh buat jadual

Ex,buat attachment.

 

3. COC - Cert Of Collaboration

 

4. NDA  - Non Disclosure Agreement.

- Melibatkan perkara yg sulit

Ex,security, snap gambar brg yg dihantar bernilai tggi yg sepatutnya dirahsiakan.

For future use. B realistic time buat agreement to avoid any distortion.So that perlu dihantar ke bah. Kolaborasi untuk mengelakkan sebarang perkara yg x diingini.

 

5. MOU MOA - proses masa sebulan minimum.

Max 2 3 months. If oversea 6 months above.

MOU - just guna jata. Jgn guna logo poli/kk- pengarah tak boleh sign & company kena ada no daftar.

( Dibawah akta syarikat 1965, registed SSM) as a legal entity to sign.

Kalau nak buat dokumen,jgn letak tarikh dulu ( sewaktu dihantar ke bah kolaborasi untuk semakan & kelulusan)

Areas of cooperation - it supposed to b an added value to both party.

 

6. Join working group (kump kerjasama)

Headed by responsible party.

Pic - letak nama pic - can use for validation.Gov to gov, x payah mou. Cuma Coc. Untuk epmo ( nama baru = PERSIST), Kolaborasi boleh guna kolaborasi yg ada,selagi aktif.
